ROLE SUMMARY:

Located in Pyes Pa, ACG Tauranga offers a world-class, holistic education to students from Preschool to Year 13. Passionate teachers, a nurturing environment and a student focussed approach instils a lifelong love of learning in each student.

We are seeking a professional and efficient Admin person with a strong interest in Health and Safety for a permanent, part time (term time only) position to work closely with our existing team. The role is for 20 hours per week and commences August 2025.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining and updating our student information system.
Managing the medical room, administering first aide as required, developing reporting systems and managing medical supplies.
Reception cover as required
General administration and support tasks.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Highly effective communicator both verbal and written
Multitasking, managing a dynamic environment in a client centered manner
Well organized, able to access and manage information with ease
Excellent technical skills with competencies in a wide range of Office 365 products
High level problem solving and collaboration skills, building positive relationships with all staff
