ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly capable and commercially minded Procurement and Projects PMO Manager – APAC to lead strategic project delivery and procurement transformation across our Asia Pacific region. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, cost optimisation, and business transformation through best-in-class project management and procurement practices
Reporting to the APAC Operations Director and working closely with the APAC Leadership and Global Procurement and Project teams, this role will oversee a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with Inspired’s strategic goals and delivering measurable impact across our schools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement Transformation
- Partner with APAC leadership to enhance sourcing, spend management, and supplier collaboration.
- Drive digital procurement initiatives using automation, analytics, and AI tools.
- Use data-driven insights to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve budget adherence
Project Strategy Execution
- Lead strategic, cross-functional projects focused on procurement and operational transformation.
- Apply PMO methodologies to ensure consistent delivery and benefit realisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and allocate resources effectively
Governance and Capability Building
- Manage the regional project portfolio in line with strategic goals and budgets
- Mentor project managers to foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Maintain dashboards and KPIs to track performance and support decision-making
Stakeholder Management
- Advise regional executives with strategic insights and project leadership.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure buy-in.
- Represent APAC PMO in global forums to support enterprise project management evolution.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field; Master’s
degree preferred. - Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally in procurementor operations.
- Exposure to M&A integration and digital procurement platforms is a plus

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- A valid Working with Children Check and willingness to obtain similar background checks for countries you will be engaged to work in.
- A willingness to travel, attend meetings and events outside regular hours as required.
