Reddam Early Learning School (ELS) Lindfield is seeking a Permanent Early Childhood Educator to join our vibrant, purpose-built centre. In this rewarding role, you will help shape the foundational years of children aged 1–5, delivering a rich, inquiry-based curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
Nestled in leafy Lindfield, our state-of-the-art facilities provide a nurturing environment where children and educators thrive together.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Room Leaders to implement an innovative, inquiry-driven curriculum.
- Observe and document children's development to support personalised learning.
- Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor environments that promote exploration.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and involve them in their child's learning journey.
- Work as part of a reflective, inclusive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute fresh ideas.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

You're a nurturing, curious, and collaborative educator who values each child's unique potential. You bring creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early learning.
YOU'LL HAVE:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards it).
- ACECQA-approved qualifications.
- A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based and child-led learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
