ROLE SUMMARY:

Join Reddam Early Learning School (ELS) in Woollahra as a Casual Early Childhood Educator, where you'll help shape the foundational years of children aged 1-5 through a rich, inquiry-based curriculum inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Bondi Junction, our purpose-built centre offers state-of-the-art facilities and a nurturing environment where educators and children thrive together.

We are hiring 2 Early Learning Educators to work alongside passionate colleagues to deliver meaningful learning experiences that foster independence, creativity, and a love of discovery. You'll support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based and child-led learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with Room Leaders to implement an innovative, inquiry-driven curriculum.
Observe and document children's development to support personalised learning.
Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor environments that promote exploration.
Build strong, respectful relationships with families and involve them in their child's learning journey.
Work as part of a reflective, inclusive team culture.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute fresh ideas.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

ABOUT YOU:

You're a nurturing, curious, and collaborative educator who values each child's unique potential. You bring creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early learning.

YOU'LL HAVE:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards it).
ACECQA-approved qualifications.
A valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one).
Strong understanding of inquiry-based and child-led learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
