Reddam Early Learning School Lindfield is seeking permanent Early Childhood Educators for our state-of-the-art Early Learning School in Lindfield. Reddam ELS Lindfield is inspired by a Reggio Emilia approach to children's learning and is set on beautiful park-like grounds with natural play spaces, individual classrooms, and outdoor play spaces for each classroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

An Early Childhood Educator at Reddam ELS provides high quality education, development and care to the children whilst providing an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.

• You will support the Room Leader to deliver the inspiring educational program.
• Support the delivery of our education program.
• Maintaining ongoing records of the children’s development, program, and daily information for children. 
• Taking observations and planning for a small group of children.
• Facilitate a collaborative work environment.
• Create inspiring, interesting, and age-appropriate learning environments.
• Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child. 
• A focus on the Primary Care-Giving Approach

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Early Childhood Educators who are working towards or have completed their Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications
• Motivated and experienced educators in the area of Early Years Education
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work as part of a passionate team of educators
• Working rights for Australia
• Working with children check or the ability to secure one
