AIS seeks to appoint a Secondary Science Teacher to provide excellent instruction and learning opportunities for Middle and Senior classes in alignment with the AIS vision and mission. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Science and a passion for engaging students in the subject. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver high-quality Science lessons across secondary year levels (IGCSE and IBDP).
Foster inquiry-based learning and real-world application of business concepts.
Design and assess learning experiences that support students’ academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and interdisciplinary learning.
Contribute to the wider school community through co-curricular and pastoral support.
Carrying out additional duties as required by the Secondary School leadership, contributing to the broader school community and corporate life.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A positive, child-centred individual with excellent communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, and teaching certification in Science
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in Science
Must be eligible to work within Vietnam
Experience in teaching IGCSE Cambridge and IB is desirable
Solid working knowledge of the concepts, activities, and techniques related to teaching Science at the required level.
Well-organised and proficient in school management systems.
Patient, flexible, and innovative, with a clear comprehension of how students learn.
Team player, diplomatic, proactive and problem-solver
