School Shop Officer (Part-time from Sep 2026)

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a School Shop Officer to manage the school shop, including uniform sales, stock, payments, and parent support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily shop operations and customer service.
• Process uniform orders, sales, and payments.
• Monitor stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare monthly sales and stock reports.
• Support Finance with uniform-related reporting.
• Undertake other duties pertinent to the scope of the position as required.   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Vietnamese
• College/ Bachelor Degree
• Advance level of English
• Additional languages will be an advantage, especially European Languages
• At least 3 year working in a sales team or sales-focused educational environment
• Proven experience in converting enquiries into sales
• A cheerful, positive outlook and ability to enjoy good humour.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills with
• Initiative, open-minded and target-driven
• Enthusiastic about working in an international environment
