ROLE SUMMARY:
Knowledge Gate International School (KGIS) is seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant and MIS Administrator to start in January 2026.

The candidate should have relevant experience in operating and maintaining a reprographic equipment and assisting staff and students with their specialised printing needs and providing technical support for reprographic equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role comprises (but not limited to):
- Photocopy worksheets as required
- Photocopy assessment papers and deliver to classes for assessments
- Laminate materials as required.
- Digitise resources to upload to shared drives
- Print out and bind workbooks for Arabic, Islam and Citizenship, as per the Ministry of Education requirement
- Collate and photocopy reply slips and payments for all trips
- Produce paper copies of cycle tests if needed in emergencies
- Organise orderly and secure storage of supplies
- Create and display signs/directions for the regular welcome talks/parent events/school productions
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- At least a secondary school graduate
- Understanding of printing processes, equipment maintenance, and stock control is essential.
- Good communication skills are necessary to effectively assist users and collaborate with colleagues.
- Ability to operate and maintain reprographic equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ability to manage and control stock of supplies and materials used in the reprographics department.
