ROLE SUMMARY:

Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is a vibrant educational community offering a premium British-style and Moroccan education to both expatriate and local students. We are currently offering an exciting Finance Internship opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team. The Finance Intern will support the finance department in carrying out a range of accounting and administrative tasks while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic school environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting with data entry, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping
Supporting the preparation of financial reports and documentation
Helping with reconciliations, tracking expenses, and reviewing payment records
Assisting in budget monitoring and inventory updates
Collaborating with team members on various finance and administrative projects

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
