ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Organize student reception and supervision in coordination with pedagogical coordinators.

  • Assign students to the appropriate classes and groups.

  • Maintain order and discipline within the school premises.

  • Monitor student entry and exit.

  • Contribute to student safety and ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of school facilities and property.

  • Provide guidance and support to students.

  • Manage and follow up on student records and issue documents related to their schooling.

  • Participate in the organization, monitoring, and supervision of assessments and examinations.

  • Prepare and submit attendance reports to class councils, and refer cases of persistent absenteeism to the disciplinary council when necessary.

  • Verify the transcription of student results by teachers in report cards and on the MASSAR portal, and perform related administrative tasks.

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of academic support and reinforcement programs.

  • Collaborate with teachers, as well as educational, administrative, and medical staff.

  • Assist in developing duty rosters and timetables, and ensure their proper implementation.

  • Take part in organizing and managing the school year start-up.

  • Help coordinate extracurricular activities held outside regular school hours.
