ROLE SUMMARY:

 

 

Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is a vibrant, community-oriented institution offering premium British-style and Moroccan education to both local and expatriate students. Renowned for its holistic approach and progressive pedagogy, KGSR is committed to academic excellence and student success.

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Admissions Coordinator to support and enhance the school’s admissions operations. Reporting to the Regional Head of Business Development and the Head of Admissions, this role is key to ensuring a smooth and effective admissions experience for prospective families.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to the Admissions team to meet performance goals.

  • Analyze enrolment trends and prepare reports to inform planning and decision-making.

  • Oversee the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.

  • Maintain accurate student data in systems such as iSAMS, CRM, and JDE, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

  • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with market needs.

  • Build strong relationships with feeder schools, relocation agencies, and corporate partners.

  • Coordinate and support admissions events, open days, and onboarding activities.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments for smooth transitions and departures.

  • Uphold Ministry of Education regulations and school policies throughout the admissions cycle.

  • Lead continuous process improvement and contribute to enhancing the school’s reputation through high-quality service.

  • Supervise front-of-house operations to deliver a warm, professional experience to all visitors.

 

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
  • 2-3 years in a British Curriculum School or institution.
  • Knowledge of iSAMS
  • Understanding of the UK educational system, including National Curriculum and 11+ exams.
