ROLE SUMMARY:
Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is seeking a dynamic Primary English Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis for a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the Moroccan curriculum to inspire young learners, foster strong literacy and communication skills, and maintain a supportive, safe classroom environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Teaching and Pedagogy

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons across different grade levels.

Inspire a love for reading, writing, and the English language among students.

Implement a variety of teaching strategies and creative approaches to actively engage students and encourage participation.
Student Progress and Assessment

Regularly assess student learning through tests, assignments, and continuous assessments.

Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.

Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods to ensure all students reach their full potential.
Collaboration and Contribution to School Life

Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider academic team to support student learning and development.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school activities to enhance teaching practices.

Contribute to cultural and educational events that promote the love of literature and language.
