ROLE SUMMARY:

Khalil Gibran School is looking for a dedicated Mathematics Educator to deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with the Moroccan curriculum. The role focuses on fostering students’ analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure consistent academic success. By joining our team, you will implement rigorous standards that empower students to master complex mathematical concepts and excel in their examinations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teaching and Learning : Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the Moroccan national curriculum and diverse learning needs.

Assessment and Evaluation : Design rigorous assessments and track student progress to ensure peak performance in regional and Baccalaureate exams.

Classroom Management : Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.

Student Support : Provide targeted academic support and motivational strategies to build student confidence and bridge learning gaps.

Administrative Duties : Maintain accurate academic records and collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school-wide initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Strong subject knowledge in mathematics
Effective communication and presentation skills
Classroom management abilities
Organizational and planning skills
Adaptability and creativity in teaching · Ability to work collaboratively in a team · Commitment to student success and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Teaching qualification or certification (e.g., CRMEF in Morocco).
Previous teaching experience in a school setting is an asset.
Strong command of the language(s) of instruction (French and/or English).
Good knowledge of the Moroccan educational system and curriculum.
