ROLE SUMMARY:

 

 

Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is a dynamic institution offering premium British-style and Moroccan education to both expatriate and local students. Renowned for its progressive pedagogy and holistic educational philosophy, KGSR is a community-oriented school committed to excellence.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Administration to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative functions. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and HRIS updates, managing documentation (contracts, attestations, CNSS, etc.), and assisting in HR compliance procedures. The HR Assistant will also support expatriate staff with administrative matters such as visas, permits, and travel coordination.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage confidential information with discretion. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of HR operations in a fast-paced, multicultural educational environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Process monthly payroll, salary changes, and benefits

  • Monitor attendance and report discrepancies

  • Handle CNSS declarations and liaise with payroll providers

  • Prepare contracts, warnings, attestations, etc.

  • Support expatriates with visas, permits, ANAPEC, and travel

Employee Relations & Communication

  • Communicate HR policies and updates to staff

  • Track absences, leaves, and sick days

Health & Insurance Management

  • Follow up on claims and work accident documentation

  • Update staff on insurance matters

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in payroll and HR administration.

  • Previous experience in the education sector is a strong asset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (native), with fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).

  • A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support a dynamic HR team.

  • A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
