ROLE SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Recruitment & Trainee Support to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on supporting the full recruitment cycle, managing trainee programs, and contributing to the smooth execution of HR initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment, Onboarding & Training Support

Assist in the full recruitment cycle: drafting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.

Serve as the primary contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.

Prepare documentation, coordinate orientation sessions, and support new hire integration.

Track recruitment metrics and generate monthly HR reports (e.g., staff movement, sick leave).

Support the execution of the annual training plan, ensuring compliance with mandatory programs.

Contribute to identifying learning opportunities to enhance employee development and performance.

We are seeking a candidate familiar with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, to support digital HR operations efficiently
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in payroll and HR administration.

Previous experience in the education sector is a strong asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

Strong communication skills in Arabic (native), with fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).

A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.

The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support a dynamic HR team.

A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
