ROLE SUMMARY:

The ECA and School Trips Coordinator manages the school’s extracurricular activities and oversees local and international trips, ensuring organisation, safety, participation, and full compliance with required documentation, under the supervision of the Regional Head of Business Development and Head of Admissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate all educational visits and school trips in line with school policies

  • Ensure all trip documentation is complete, compliant, and follows best practice

  • Plan, develop, and oversee the school’s Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) programme

  • Create and manage termly ECA schedules, timetables, and activity offerings

  • Coordinate internal staff and external providers, including contracts and partnerships

  • Oversee student enrolment, payments, attendance, and participation for ECAs

  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards across all activities

  • Manage ECA budgets, resources, facilities, and equipment

  • Organise ECA events, camps, showcases, and promotional activities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Strong administrative and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficient in photography and videography

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work extra hours when required

  • Self-motivated, professional, and confident with a dynamic personality

  • Innovative, well-presented, and punctual

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
