ROLE SUMMARY:

The Teacher of Business and Economics will deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the Moroccan National Curriculum. The successful candidate will contribute to student achievement, support academic development, and actively participate in the life of the school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business and Economics in line with the Moroccan curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that caters to students of varying abilities.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in accordance with school policies.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management, discipline, and safeguarding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and departmental initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and pastoral duties as required.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • A relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (teaching qualification preferred).
  • Experience teaching within the Moroccan National Curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Good level of IT proficiency and familiarity with educational tools.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting student success.
