ROLE SUMMARY:

The Teacher of Business and Economics will deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the Moroccan National Curriculum. The successful candidate will contribute to student achievement, support academic development, and actively participate in the life of the school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business and Economics in line with the Moroccan curriculum.
Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that caters to students of varying abilities.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in accordance with school policies.
Maintain high standards of classroom management, discipline, and safeguarding.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and departmental initiatives.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and pastoral duties as required.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A relevant degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (teaching qualification preferred).
Experience teaching within the Moroccan National Curriculum.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Good level of IT proficiency and familiarity with educational tools.
A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting student success.
