ROLE SUMMARY:
ACG Queenstown is seeking a permanent, full-time Uncertified ECE Teacher to join our early learning team. We have 2 early learning schools in Queenstown, and our approach is deeply rooted in the RIE and Reggio Emilia philosophies, which places children at the centre of their learning journey. By encouraging exploration, curiosity, and collaboration, we empower children to take an active role in their education. Teachers, families, and children work together to create a rich, inquiry-based learning environment that extends beyond the classroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be aware of being a reflective participant in focussing on enhancing children's learning.
- Where applicable, use a wide range of teaching strategies to promote, equity, excellence and value cultural diversity.
- Be aware of intentional teaching to respond and engage with all learners.
- Be aware of critical enquiry and problem solving to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and outcomes for all learners.
