KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AIS Saigon is seeking a Primary and Kindergarten Principal. AIS Saigon is a leading all through school in Ho Chi Minh City, and the successful candidate will build further upon a strong platform, articulating a compelling vision, developing the school’s position as a market leader in the city, offering world class education.  The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader, with the strength of intellect, charisma, and gravitas to work well with parents, students and staff.  It is an exciting time for AIS Saigon, with significant investment in the school facilities and estate, a growing roll and increases in staffing.  The post holder leads a team based across three campuses, and reports to the Executive Principal.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor of Education in Kindergarten and Primary, and Education Leadership Certification (ex: Principalship, Leadership Management certification).
• And Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in international school in Primary
• Experience in the oversight of pedagogy, pastoral care and administration
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead staff
• Knowledge of information and communication technologies and their application in learning and administration
