KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning activities that cater to individual student needs.
Promoting a safe and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and development.
Evaluating student progress and providing feedback to teachers to help adapt instructional methods.
Assisting in maintaining classroom behaviour management and discipline, ensuring a respectful atmosphere.
Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your educational support skills.
Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a team-focused approach to student learning.
Participating in school events and activities, fostering strong relationships with the broader school community.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

The ideal candidate will have:

A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
Experience in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or similar role.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with children and colleagues alike.
A relevant qualification in education or child development would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational abilities and a flexible, proactive approach to your work.
