We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Portuguese Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a love for the Portuguese language and culture, while helping students develop strong language skills.

About the Role:
Deliver engaging and effective Portuguese language instruction, aligned with the Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, IB Portuguese B curricula, and other international programmes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Portuguese language lessons.
Create a nurturing teaching environment that promotes active, enquiry-based learning.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism in terms of punctuality, behaviour, work expectations, and setting of homework.
Reflect on and refine teaching practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Be committed to ongoing professional development, both individually and as part of school-wide initiatives.
Produce high-quality resources to support student learning.
Participate in school events and special occasions, as required by the Head of School or line manager.
Set and mark exams, assignments, and other forms of assessment.
Undertake any additional reasonable tasks as determined by the Head of School or line manager.
