We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Maths Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and fostering analytical and problem-solving skills in students. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver engaging mathematics instruction aligned with Cambridge IGCSE and IB Maths curricula or equivalent programmes.

• Inspire a love for learning by fostering a growth mindset and setting ambitious goals for students.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, building on prior knowledge and skills.

• Create inclusive, culturally relevant learning environments with a focus on real-world applications of mathematical concepts.

• Encourage collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking through engaging, student-centered learning experiences.

• Use assessment data to inform teaching, monitor student progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback.

• Promote student well-being by creating a safe, respectful classroom environment and building positive relationships.

• Integrate technology to enhance learning and encourage independent problem-solving.

• Design and deliver lessons that challenge students, promoting deep understanding and mathematical reasoning.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational and mathematical advancements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related field, with experience in international education preferred.
• A valid teaching qualification and proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level.
• A deep passion for mathematics and a commitment to high-quality education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset, working effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to student welfare, including adherence to safeguarding practices.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to teach and communicate clearly.
