ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons that foster creativity, self-expression, and artistic development.
Plan, prepare, and implement high-quality learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.
Differentiate teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning needs, abilities, and backgrounds.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment while effectively managing classroom resources.
Contribute to exhibitions, interdisciplinary projects, extracurricular activities, and school events that promote the arts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field, together with a recognized teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching Art, preferably within an international school environment.
Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Passion for arts education and a commitment to inspiring creativity and confidence in students.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Collaborative mindset, adaptability, and willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
Experience with international curricula (IB experience is an advantage) and the use of innovative teaching practices.
