ROLE SUMMARY:

Costeas-Geitonas School (CGS) is a modern educational organization in which we seek partners of high educational quality and performance, with a developed sense of responsibility, values and motivation who share our goal of providing high quality education and support services at all levels, with a focus on the student.

CGS aims to harness the talents and skills of its employees in an environment based on developing strong collaborative relationships between its teams. The evaluation and selection process of human resources is objective and impartial and is based on their performance in interviews and practical tests at the CGS site.

The Head of Admissions is responsible for leading and delivering a high-performing admissions function at CGS. The role combines strategic leadership, strong sales capability, and operational management to drive student recruitment, optimize the admissions journey and ensure an outstanding experience for prospective and current families.

Working closely with the Head of School and central teams within the Inspired Education Group, the postholder will manage the full admissions pipeline from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with group standards.

The role is critical to achieving the school’s growth ambitions by increasing student numbers, reducing student churn, strengthening the school’s reputation, and ensuring consistent communication with the Inspired group regarding admissions performance and market activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication with Clients

  • Ensure admissions teams is the primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the admissions journey.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through enrolment and onboarding
  • Ensure school tours and meetings that effectively communicate the value and distinctiveness of the school.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective families to maximise conversion of enquiries to enrolments.
  • Keep meticulous records and running commentary of all admissions interactions in the school admissions database (Open Apply)
  • Ensure all communication reflects the ethos and values of the school and the Inspired Education Group.

 

Proactive Outreach and Event Management

  • Lead recruitment initiatives to increase visibility and demand for the school.
  • Plan and deliver open days, information sessions, and recruitment events
  • Represent the school at school events, networking events, and community engagements
  • Build relationships with all key players in the supply chain including relocation agencies, embassies, and corporate organizations
  • Seek out and enter into corporate agreements.
  • Promote the school’s brand and educational offering in the local market

 

Knowledge of School offering 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the school’s curriculum and academic pathways
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the school’s pastoral care systems, student wellbeing and enrichment provision
  • Clearly communicate the academic and pastoral strengths of the school to prospective families.
  • Work closely with academic leadership to ensure accurate representation of the school’s offer

 

Commitment to School and Group KPIs

  • Take ownership of enrollment growth targets and admissions KPIs.
  • Monitor enquiry levels, conversion rates, and student retention.
  • Implement strategies to support sustainable student growth and reduce churn.
  • Provide regular performance reporting to the Head of School and Inspired group teams.

 

Coordination of admission process

  • Work collaboratively with finance, marketing, academic leadership, and operations.
  • Ensure admissions processes align with financial, operational and student onboarding systems.
  • Promote effective coordination across the administrative departments.
  • Line manages the admissions officer.

 

Communication within the Inspired Schools Group

  • Maintain regular communication with central Inspired Education Group teams.
  • Provide reporting on student numbers, admissions performance and pipeline activity.
  • Share best practices and contribute to group admissions initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with group policies and admissions standards.
