ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a HR Administrator to support the human resources functions across 2 schools in Switzerland. The HR Admin will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations working together with an HR Generalist. This position involves handling HR administrative tasks, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and supporting employees with their queries. This role will be based mainly in St. Georges International School but will also support other Inspired schools in Switzerland. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage employee records, including contracts and leave requests

  • Update HR databases with new hires, terminations, and changes to employment status.
  • Process payroll-related documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Handle employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, CV screening and managing candidate communication.
  • Assist in new hire onboarding and admission process, preparing necessary documentation
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and local labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and audits.
  • Support the HR generalist with administrative daily tasks.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in an HR administrative or other administrative role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
  • Fluency in English and French required.
