ROLE SUMMARY:

As Business & Campus Life Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with the Business Manager to shape student life, streamline operations, and support key financial and supplier functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campus Life Coordination
• Manage and enhance all enrichment activities, ensuring they align with the school's educational goals and student interests.
• Coordinate with teachers to integrate enrichment programs into the curriculum.
• Report on the impact and effectiveness of campus life initiatives.
Finance & Reporting
• Assist in managing CAPEX projects, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence.
• Oversee debt management processes, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Manage utilities and maintenance spending, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
• Handle billing for extra-curricular activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the school finance operations.
Supplier Management
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, services, and payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to achieve cost-effectiveness.
Operations & Facilities
• Coordinate supplier and contract management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Implement processes to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Project Management
• Oversee the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring they align with the school's mission and values.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and report on outcomes to relevant parties.
Student Experience
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop initiatives that enhance the student experience, both academically and socially.
• Gather and analyse student feedback to identify areas for improvement in hospitality and special projects.
• Implement programs that support student well-being, engagement, and personal development.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Ideally, previous experience in a similar role within the education sector

Alternatively, experience running operations in hospitality, startups, or other service-driven environments

Record of strong academic achievement

At least 3 years of operational experience

Effective Excel skills

Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement

A self-starter with the drive, determination, and commitment to get things done

Ability to manage large volumes of data, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously, even in demanding environments
