QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum experience: 2 years

•Studies:

• Scenario 1: Bachelor of Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy.

• Scenario 2: Bachelor's degree or engineering, along with a Master's degree in Education

• Languages: ADVANCED ENGLISH (essential requirement)

• Software or technological tools: MS Office, Educational Platforms, Internet, Google Workspace.

• Knowledge: pedagogical models, learning tools, evaluation models, group management, student and parent feedback. A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching. Excellent verbal and written  communication skills. Organized, flexible disposition. Outstanding interpersonal skills.

 

 

JOB OBJECTIVES

Deliver lessons, assign and grade assignments, prepare students for standardized tests, supervise students during activities, and maintain open communication with parents. Work closely with other teachers and administrators to follow school policies and foster a supportive learning community. Overall, play a vital role in the educational and emotional development of young students.

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Educating children in the classroom
  • Meeting with students and parents to discuss education-related issues and attending staff meetings
  • Establishing a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
  • Giving and grading assignments, homework and tests
  • Helping students prepare for standardized testing
  • Overseeing students during recess, lunch and other activities
  • Talking to parents about their children’s progress
  • Meeting and working with other teachers and supervisors to discuss school policies
