ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sports Supervisor plays a key role in promoting physical activity, teamwork, and student wellbeing through structured sports programmes and supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise students during sports activities, recess, and physical education support sessions
Assist in the planning and delivery of sports programmes and training sessions
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition
Ensure safe use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities
Monitor student participation and encourage engagement in physical activities
Support PE teachers and coaches during classes and events
Organise and assist in school sports events, tournaments, and competitions
Identify and report any safety risks or incidents
Maintain discipline and positive behaviour during activities
Contribute to the development of a strong school sports culture

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Background in sports, physical education, or related field (preferred)
Experience working with children or adolescents
Energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to manage groups in active environments
Good organisational and time management skills
Commitment to student safety and wellbeing
