KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver high-quality Social Studies instruction aligned with AIM’s curriculum and standards
Create dynamic, student-centered lesson plans that encourage discussion, analysis, and global perspectives
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback
Support student learning through differentiated instruction and inclusive practices
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular themes and enhance the learning experience
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities
Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment that supports student wellbeing

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (History, Geography, Political Science, etc.)
Teaching certification or equivalent credentials
Proven experience teaching Social Studies or related subjects
Experience in bilingual (English/Spanish) or international school settings is a strong asset
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for inspiring young learners and fostering a global mindset
