We are looking to appoint a Pre-Nursery Homeroom Teacher to join our team at AIM Campus Chipinque. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Early Years educator to become part of a collaborative school community dedicated to providing an outstanding learning experience for our youngest students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering daily classroom activities
  • Assist in implementing play-based and structured learning experiences
  • Help manage classroom routines, transitions, and student behaviour
  • Provide individual and small-group support to students
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Observe and report on children’s development and progress
  • Prepare classroom materials and resources
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and communication development
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
  • Assist in school events and early years activities

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Experience working with early childhood students
  • Relevant qualification in education or childcare (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient, caring, and supportive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Basic classroom management skills
  • Organised and proactive approach
  • Advanced English proficiency (required)
