KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with Heads of School and regional leadership teams to identify opportunities to improve commercial performance, operational effectiveness, and the overall customer experience across the Americas.
  • Analyse sales funnel performance, conversion metrics, customer retention, and capacity utilisation to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • Drive initiatives that accelerate commercial growth by improving sales performance, conversion, customer journey, and revenue generation across the region.
  • Lead strategic projects that improve operational excellence and business performance across existing schools.
  • Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR that enhance business performance and execution.
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across Finance, Marketing, HR, Commercial, and School Operations through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to optimise transportation, catering, uniforms, facilities, procurement, extracurricular programmes, and other support services.
  • Develop business cases, dashboards, and performance reporting that enable data-driven decision making across the region.
  • Coordinate strategic projects from diagnosis through implementation, ensuring clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and successful execution.
  • Partner with regional functional experts to standardise best practices, improve processes, and drive operational consistency across schools.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired schools when required, ensuring a smooth transition into Inspired's operating model and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with school leadership teams and regional stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner in delivering meaningful business improvements.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and project updates directly to the CEO and regional leadership team.
  • Travel across the Americas as required to support schools, understand operational challenges firsthand, and ensure successful implementation of key initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, Oliver Wyman, Kearney or similar) is strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in industry in roles such as Business Transformation, Strategy & Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, Transformation Office, Growth, or Operational Excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience building, launching, or scaling new functions, products, processes, or business initiatives from the ground up. You are someone who enjoys creating structure where it doesn't yet exist.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or multinational environment where resourcefulness, ownership, and execution are essential to success.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from diagnosis through implementation, delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop practical recommendations.
  • Experience analysing commercial performance, sales funnels, customer journeys, and operational KPIs.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and evaluate operational improvement opportunities.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills, with experience building executive-level presentations and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • A highly proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for solving problems and delivering measurable results.
