•Studies:

• Scenario 1: Bachelor of Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy.

• Scenario 2: Bachelor's degree or engineering, BSc/BA in English along with a Master's degree in Education

• Languages: ADVANCED ENGLISH(essential requirement)

• Software or technological tools: MS Office, Educational Platforms, Internet, Google Workspace.

• Knowledge: pedagogical models, learning tools, evaluation models, group management, student and parent feedback. Knowledge of various teaching methods. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. A patient and resilient. Dedication to students and education

 

 

JOB OBJECTIVES

Developing lesson plans and then implementing those plans in the classroom, giving you the flexibility to tailor your lessons to both you and your students’ interests and strengths.  Develop their student’s unique talents and foster in them a passion for learning and growing..

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Teach students in a classroom setting, managing their work output in the classroom and behavior on a daily basis.
  • Develop teaching and learning materials for use in class, including lesson plans, exams and homework, homework and projects, and assignments that make use of all student skills.
  • Modify lesson plans and materials as needed to make them suitable for students’ current learning levels.
  • Monitor and track student progress and issue grades.
  • Maintain relationships with parents of students in order to keep them informed of their child’s progress.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and administrators, including special ed teachers and teacher’s aids, to provide individualized support for each student on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with other teachers in order to share best practices and provide meaningful feedback regularly.
  • Ensure that students meet educational standards and school performance goals for their grade level.
