KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects (English Language, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) that align with AIM’s curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Promote a nurturing classroom environment that supports students’ well-being and encourages active participation and independence.
- Plan and assess student learning effectively, using data to inform teaching and support individual needs.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues to foster student success and build community.
- Collaborate with grade-level and specialist teachers to ensure alignment of learning experiences and interdisciplinary projects.
- Encourage social-emotional growth through daily interactions and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Integrate educational technology to support and enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in professional development, school events, and parent meetings as part of a dynamic teaching team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A degree in Education or related field and appropriate teaching credentials.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching at the primary level, preferably in bilingual or international settings.
- Advanced English.
- A deep understanding of child development and student-centered teaching approaches.
- Commitment to AIM’s mission and values, including personalized learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
- A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
