KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects (English Language, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) that align with AIM’s curriculum and educational philosophy.
Promote a nurturing classroom environment that supports students’ well-being and encourages active participation and independence.
Plan and assess student learning effectively, using data to inform teaching and support individual needs.
Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues to foster student success and build community.
Collaborate with grade-level and specialist teachers to ensure alignment of learning experiences and interdisciplinary projects.
Encourage social-emotional growth through daily interactions and developmentally appropriate practices.
Integrate educational technology to support and enhance learning outcomes.
Participate in professional development, school events, and parent meetings as part of a dynamic teaching team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A degree in Education or related field and appropriate teaching credentials.
At least 2 years of experience teaching at the primary level, preferably in bilingual or international settings.
Advanced English.
A deep understanding of child development and student-centered teaching approaches.
Commitment to AIM’s mission and values, including personalized learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
A flexible, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
