ROLE SUMMARY:
The American Institute of Monterrey (AIM) is a leading private international school in Mexico, offering a high-quality bilingual education to students aged 2 to 18 across three campuses. At AIM Campus Valle, we serve students from Preschool to Grade 9, delivering a U.S.-accredited curriculum alongside programmes in academics, arts, sports, and technology within a modern, well-equipped environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering daily classroom activities
- Assist in implementing play-based and structured learning experiences
- Help manage classroom routines, transitions, and student behaviour
- Provide individual and small-group support to students
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Observe and report on children’s development and progress
- Prepare classroom materials and resources
- Support children’s social, emotional, and communication development
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
- Assist in school events and early years activities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience working with early childhood students
- Relevant qualification in education or childcare (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient, caring, and supportive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Basic classroom management skills
- Organised and proactive approach
- Advanced English proficiency (required)
