KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging EAL lessons that develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Assess students’ English proficiency levels and design individualized or small-group learning plans.
Provide in-class support, co-teaching, or withdrawal sessions to ensure students can fully participate in the mainstream curriculum.
Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to adapt materials and differentiate instruction.
Monitor, track, and report on student progress, maintaining clear communication with teachers, parents, and the academic team.
Support the development of a welcoming, inclusive environment where multilingualism is valued.
Contribute to school life and extracurricular activities in alignment with AIM’s values and community spirit.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field.
A recognized EAL/ESL teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, DELTA) preferred.
Proven experience teaching English as an additional/second language, ideally in an international or bilingual school setting.
Strong knowledge of language acquisition and strategies to support multilingual learners.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
