ROLE SUMMARY:
We are now seeking a permanent Talent Manager to join our team in Italy and focus on supporting the Inspired schools (currently 11) across the country. Based in our regional office in Milan, this role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with our schools in a busy and critical country for us, driving recruitment excellence and supporting our ambitious growth plans.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across multiple sites and with many varied stakeholders. This role will report to the regional HR Director, also based in Milan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Inspired schools in Italy, from requisition to offer stage.
- Partner with Heads of Schools and HR teams to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, assessments, and reference checks with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure alignment with global Inspired recruitment policies and tools (including SuccessFactors).
- Produce clear recruitment reports and updates for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with agencies and external partners to expand candidate reach.
- Provide guidance to local HR teams on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to ongoing talent planning strategies and regional and global initiatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in an international company.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders.
- Hands-on recruiter with experience sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to travel within Italy as required.
