ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired Education Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across its network of schools.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in the operational side of marketing. The intern will assist with project coordination, supplier management, budget tracking, print production processes, and campaign execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and according to agreed standards.

The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of marketing operations while working closely with the Head of Marketing and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Project Coordination

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects across multiple schools and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, key milestones, and progress to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain project plans, status updates, and tracking tools.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and communication between internal teams and external partners.

Production & Print Coordination

  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, event collateral, signage, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure artwork approvals are completed on schedule.
  • Track production and print timelines to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Support quality control checks before final production.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Raise and track purchase orders, securing the required approvals.
  • Monitor outstanding payments, maintain accurate supplier records, and proactively address any issues.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communication, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, trackers, timelines, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
