ROLE SUMMARY:

The International School of Milan is seeking a talented and committed Business Management, Individuals and Societies teacher with a passion for education, dedication, creativity, and outstanding experience from the best schools worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing department within a well-established IB school.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach Business Management, Indivduals and Societies across the IB DP and MP
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy
Prepare students for IB assessments, including Internal Assessments and final examinations
Support students in developing critical thinking, writing and analytical skills
Monitor and track student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
Contribute to curriculum development and collaborative planning within the department
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and classroom practice
Engage positively with parents and the wider school community
Contribute to the broader life of the school, including extracurricular activities
Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching Business Management at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A collaborative and student-centred approach to teaching
Legal right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit)
