ROLE SUMMARY:

King’s College, Soto de Viñuelas, world-renowned for academic excellence and student leadership, is seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspiring and ambitious professional to the position of Invigilator to join our teaching team from April to June 2025.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring the smooth and fair administration of International Baccalaureate (IB) exams
Supervising candidates during exams
Ensuring compliance with IB regulations
Maintaining exam security
Distributing and collecting exam materials
Addressing any issues that arise during the exam

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

The invigilator must be vigilant, impartial, and able to handle stressful situations with composure
Attention to detail, punctuality, and clear communication are essential in this role
A good level of English is required for this position (minimum B2)
