ROLE SUMMARY:
As a part of our mission to bring excellence in education to more students in the United States and globally, we are seeking a Head of Partnerships in the US to increase our reach and drive the growth of our student body.
Inspired Online Schools, part of the Inspired Education group, is a transformative group of online schools, including King’s InterHigh, the leading British Curriculum Online School with over 6,000 students globally. King's InterHigh has been at the forefront of online education, providing a complete online via our state-of-the-art learning portal and offering an excellent education without borders.
As a part of our mission to bring excellence in education to more students in the United States and globally, we are seeking a Head of Partnerships in the US to increase our reach and drive the growth of our student body.
The Head of Partnerships is a leadership position at Inspired Online Schools and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships in the US and abroad. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with academies, education agents, independent educational consultants, and schools.
The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with a proven track record in partnership development and a passion for education. Experience in an academic environment and B2B sales is highly desirable.
This hybrid position is based in the Washington, DC metro area, and in addition to the flexibility of remote work, the Head of Partnerships will be expected to come to our office several days a week as needed to engage directly with colleagues and foster strong professional relationships. This position will collaborate closely with our global Admissions, Marketing, and Education teams and will require some travel across the US and potentially abroad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan that supports enrollment growth objectives and enhances the school's reputation and reach.
- Proactively identify and pursue partnership opportunities with academies, education agents, independent educational consultants, and schools that align with King's InterHigh USA's goals and values.
- Lead negotiations and develop partnership agreements that clearly outline roles, expectations, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term, mutually-beneficial relationships with partners.
- Work closely with marketing, admissions, and education teams to ensure alignment of partnership activities with the school's overall strategy and to support the successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners in the education sector.
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan that supports enrollment growth objectives and enhances the school's reputation and reach.

- Represent King's InterHigh USA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and foster new connections
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership development, sales and business development, or a related field, ideally with a focus on the education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a highly-competitive environment where customer service is paramount.
- Business development experience, especially in a growth environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive, motivate, and manage a team while having a personal revenue goal.
- Familiarity with the education landscape, including online education, and an understanding of the needs and challenges of educational institutions and consultants a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-focused approach.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the mission of Inspired Online Schools.
- Ability to travel within the US and abroad
