ROLE SUMMARY:
Inspired Online Schools, part of the Inspired Education group, is a transformative group of online schools, including King’s InterHigh, the leading British Curriculum Online School with over 6,000 students globally. King's InterHigh has been at the forefront of online education, providing a complete online via our state-of-the-art learning portal and offering an excellent education without borders.
As a part of our mission to bring excellence in education to more students in the United States and globally, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admissions Advisor to join our team and grow our student body. Reporting to the US Head of Admissions, this role will support families from their first inquiry through enrollment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, results-focused and solutions-oriented, eager to support families, and adept at building trust among diverse stakeholders.
This hybrid position is based in the Washington, DC metro area, and in addition to the flexibility of remote work, our Admissions Advisors will be expected to come to our office several days a week as needed to engage directly with colleagues and foster strong professional relationships. This position will collaborate closely with our global Admissions, B2B Partnerships and Marketing teams and may require some travel across the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Provide highly-personalized guidance and support to families throughout the admissions process.
- Conduct virtual meetings, phone calls, SMS and email correspondence to engage with prospective families.
- Participate in admissions and school events, including Virtual Open Houses, webinars, and in-person events, to connect with prospective families and participate in the life of the school.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective students and families from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and nurture leads effectively.
- Follow up with prospective families in a timely manner to ensure a positive enrollment experience.
- Communicate the benefits and features of King's InterHigh USA's programs in relation to traditional or other online schooling options.
- Communicate the key similarities and differences between King’s InterHigh’s US and UK programs.
- Address inquiries knowledgeably regarding curriculum, program offering, and student support.
- Collaborate with the US and UK admissions teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver excellent service to families investigating both programs.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the admissions process and enhance the prospective family experience.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and other departments across the school.
- Proactively seek opportunities to deepen understanding of the King’s InterHigh offering and participate in the life of the school.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally within the education sector.
- Knowledge of the US K-12 education system. Experience with online education a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Passion for education and a commitment to the mission of Inspired Online Schools.
- Ability to travel within the US and abroad.
