As the Marketing Manager for Partnerships, you’ll lead strategic collaborations with National Governing Bodies and key partners to amplify our reach, support unforgettable events, and drive leads that matter. This hybrid position is based in the Washington, DC metro area, and in addition to the flexibility of remote work, our Marketing Manager, Partnerships will be expected to come to our office several days a week as needed to engage directly with colleagues and foster strong professional relationships. Occasional travel domestically or abroad may also be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B partnerships, with a strong focus on National Governing Bodies (NGBs) and organizational brand pathways including USPA Live and Elite.
  • Support the execution of partnership marketing campaigns that align with enrollment, engagement, and visibility goals.
  • Coordinate logistics and promotional strategies for enterprise partnerships and event-related marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling marketing briefs for internal stakeholders and the Inspired Center of Excellence.
  • Track and report on partnership and event KPIs (e.g., lead generation, engagement rates, conversion trends).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with admissions, marketing, and creative teams to bring partnership initiatives to life.
  • Maintain organized documentation of partnership progress, communications, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all partnership-related communications and materials.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes and improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Uphold Inspired’s global brand standards, ensuring high quality in all messaging and materials.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and hybrid work environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, partnerships, or business development support role—preferably in a B2B or education environment.
  • Proven experience coordinating partner relationships and/or event marketing efforts.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign tracking, lead generation, and KPI reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Comfort using CRM and marketing tools to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Alignment with the mission of Inspired Online Schools and a passion for delivering excellent education experiences.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of the McLean, VA office and available to work in a hybrid schedule.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad if needed for partnership activations.
