Marketing & Event Intern

ROLE SUMMARY:

Support school events, social media storytelling and other related activities within the Marketing Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Support & Coordination (70%)

• Assist with planning and on-site delivery of community events, Open Days and marketing activities.
• Coordinate event materials, setup, registration, guest welcome and post-event wrap-up.
• Liaise with school teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and a positive guest experience.

Social Media & Storytelling (30%)

• Capture photos, short videos and authentic moments from school life and events.
• Draft captions and prepare timely social media updates for Marketing approval.
• Organize captured content and follow school safeguarding and image-consent guidelines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable interacting with parents, students and staff.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Basic photography, short-video editing and social media skills; Canva familiarity is a plus.
• Available to work on campus and support occasional evening or weekend events as agreed.
