ROLE SUMMARY:

Kensington School, a prestigious international school in Madrid with over 50 years of academic excellence, is seeking a dynamic, part-time Teacher of Maths to join our outstanding Mathematics Department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5 (IGCSE and IB).
Support students’ academic progress and personal development.
Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental initiatives.
Take part in the wider school life, including form tutor responsibilities and communication with families.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards and a positive learning environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and a relevant degree.
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level, including IGCSE and IB (or willingness to learn).
Strong understanding of the English National Curriculum and international qualifications.
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
A collaborative approach and commitment to ongoing professional development.
High expectations for all students and a passion for inspiring learners.
Fluency in English (native or near-native level).
