ROLE SUMMARY:

 

San Patricio Toledo International School is a leading IB World School offering a transformative and academically rigorous education in a beautiful, purpose-built campus located just outside the historic city of Toledo. We are seeking a qualified and passionate Teacher of Business to join our Secondary team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic school community committed to excellence in teaching and learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in IB Diploma Business Management

  • Prepare learning materials and differentiated activities that meet the needs of all learners

  • Contribute to unit planners and curriculum development

  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Humanities department and wider school community

  • Support the personal and academic development of students in a caring and inclusive environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject

  • Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS or equivalent)

  • A very good command of the English language (native or near-native fluency)

  • Experience teaching Business and/or Humanities at A Level, IB, or equivalent international programmes

  • Strong planning, organisational and classroom management skills

  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to the school’s mission and values
