ROLE SUMMARY:
Inspired Education is looking for a Secondary Drama Teacher to join one of our premium schools in Madrid. The teacher will deliver Drama across KS3–KS5, inspiring creativity, supporting student wellbeing and contributing to the school’s strong academic and pastoral culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach high-quality Drama lessons across KS3–KS5.

Plan creative and structured lessons that inspire student engagement.

Promote excellent progress using effective assessment strategies.

Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.

Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a positive classroom environment.

Act as a form tutor and support students pastorally.

Support school productions and extracurricular performing arts.

Use ICT confidently in planning and teaching.

Contribute to the wider school community.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Drama or a related discipline.

PGCE/QTS or equivalent qualification.
-
Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice.
-
KS3–KS5 teaching experience desirable (UK or international).

High level of English (native or equivalent).
-
Commitment to learning Spanish.
