ROLE SUMMARY:

 

Inspired Education Group is seeking a bilingual and highly organised School Administrative Assistant to support front office operations and assist in coordinating extracurricular and after-school student activities in Barcelona. 

This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and welcoming school community in a varied, people-facing role that requires both administrative efficiency and strong interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide a professional and welcoming front-desk service to parents, staff, and visitors.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.

  • Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and post handling.

  • Help coordinate the scheduling and logistics of after-school activities and clubs.

  • Maintain accurate records related to student participation and activity planning.

  • Ensure effective communication with families and staff regarding extracurricular programmes.

  • Assist with student supervision and uphold safeguarding protocols during activities

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Competent with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.

  • Positive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
