ROLE SUMMARY:

 

King’s College School Soto de Viñuelas is seeking an enthusiastic, inspirational and committed Primary or EYFS Teacher to join our outstanding teaching team from September 2026 on a full-time basis, covering a period of maternity leave.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the British curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and families.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in EYFS or Primary education.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the British curriculum.
  • Previous experience in an international school environment is desirable.
  • Passionate about inspiring and supporting young learners.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative, reflective and flexible approach to teaching.
  • High expectations of pupils and a commitment to their wellbeing and development.
