ROLE SUMMARY:

King’s College School Soto de Viñuelas is seeking an enthusiastic, inspirational and committed Primary or EYFS Teacher to join our outstanding teaching team from September 2026 on a full-time basis, covering a period of maternity leave.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the British curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Build positive relationships with pupils and families.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Qualified teacher with relevant experience in EYFS or Primary education.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the British curriculum.
Previous experience in an international school environment is desirable.
Passionate about inspiring and supporting young learners.
Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative, reflective and flexible approach to teaching.
High expectations of pupils and a commitment to their wellbeing and development.
