ROLE SUMMARY:

International School San Patricio Toledo, a leading IB World School with a strong reputation for academic excellence and holistic education, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mathematics Teacher to join our Secondary team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across MYP (Middle Years Programme) and DP (Diploma Programme) levels, contributing to a collaborative and innovative international learning environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons to MYP and DP students in line with IB standards.
Plan, prepare and assess learning experiences that engage and challenge all learners.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the Mathematics department.
Use assessment data to inform teaching and support student progress.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Promote the IB Learner Profile and support students’ personal and academic growth.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional learning activities as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field (teaching qualification preferred).
Experience teaching Mathematics at MYP and/or DP level in an international or bilingual school.
Strong understanding of IB frameworks and inquiry-based learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (Spanish an advantage).
Flexibility and commitment to delivering engaging, student-centred learning
