ROLE SUMMARY:
Inspired Education is seeking a Marketing & Brand Executive to support the delivery of brand and marketing initiatives across its portfolio of premium schools in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening brand awareness, consistency, and engagement in a dynamic, international environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Spain, and based in the Madrid Offices, you will support the planning, execution, and evaluation of online and offline marketing activities aligned with Inspired’s global brand strategy. Working closely with global teams, agencies, and school leadership, you will help bring to life Inspired’s distinctive educational offering, combining academic excellence, elite sports, and creative and performing arts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and deliver annual marketing plans for Inspired schools in Spain

Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Work with the Digital Marketing team to manage and analyse campaign performance

Support brand campaigns, events, PR initiatives, and website updates

Conduct market and audience research to inform media and channel selection

Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time

Attend key school events to understand each school’s positioning and audience
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

3+ years’ experience delivering marketing activities across online and offline channels

Strong written communication and storytelling skills

Experience managing Meta and Google campaigns with performance analysis capability

Full professional proficiency in English

Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Willingness to travel within and outside the Community of Madrid
